The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a port nearby. the staff were all very friendly and polite. - the room was really large, clean, and had great amenities like a safe, TV, and sitting area.

I tried bread, cereal, cakes, yogurt, and fresh fruit in the bar. Location: the hotel was just off the pier, and restaurants, grocery stores, and the port. Diner Marcopolo Freelife was 600 feet away from the place...

The room was well heated and had three beds, armchairs, and a drink. the staff were patient and attentive, they did everything for us. - A great location near all the restaurants and shops on the main street of Ushuaia.

The staff was absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to help us with our plans and accommodate our requests. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and had excellent heating and wifi. The hotel even had a computer and printer for guests to use. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of everything we wanted to visit. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We had a great time at the hotel. the location was fantastic, with short walks to the port for sea excursions, shopping, restaurants, and museums. the hosts were extremely helpful and nice, helping us book all our excursions and even allowing us to pay at the end of our trip. the size of the room was impressive, and it was kept very clean. the staff was friendly and sweet, always ready to assist. We also appreciated their useful information about local tourist attractions. a wonderful experience at Austral. Cons: No issues at all 👍.

As youngsters, we loved the convenience of storing our bags and the availability of water, beer, and snacks charged to our room. the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and talkative, making us feel right at home. the room was clean, comfortable, and had a great temperature during the winter. the location was perfect, as it was centrally located and within walking distance of everything we wanted to explore. We highly recommend it!

They were able to organize tours, even on short notice, and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The location of the hotel was also perfect, being just a short walk away from the town center and close to various points of interest. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a warm and cozy atmosphere.

One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy was the steep road leading up to the hotel. It was a bit of a hassle to navigate, especially with luggage.

As budget travelers, we loved the central location and proximity to the port. the staff was extremely friendly and provided helpful information about local attractions. the shower had strong and hot water, perfect after a long day. Plus, being a one-floor hotel, we didn't have to worry about carrying our luggage up and down stairs. the breakfast was decent for the price. the manager even went out of his way to organize an English-speaking taxi driver for a tour, which was a great help.
